Hello evryone.
My father bought a land back in 2002 which was already sold to some X person one week before my father did. my father came to know about this after registration. So, he contacted the buyer and when he questioned the buyer, the buyer agreed that "it was their mistake, so will give us another land instead" which they didn't give till now. its been 13 years since this has happened. Now, My father died recently. So what are the options of acquiring that property or legal actions that i can take on the buyer ??
