My father was baught land in thane in 1981,he was done registration in register office, but not recorded in 7/12 so what was the procedure for registered name in 7/12 ( Satbara )?

You have to make application before the local mandal revenue office (Tahsil office) attaching your registered sale deed and some mamul. Mark a copy to the Collector and Revenue Ministry. Thats all.

You by tendering an application with the local Tahsildar office can get your property mutated on your name.
