Respected Sirs/Madams,
A person 'X' sold an extent of 1.0 Acres of agricultural land to 'Y'.Other than this 1.0 Acres of land ,the seller is having 0.60 Acres of land in the same survey number at the north side of 1.0 Acres of land .But in the sale deed the seller did not mention his name in north direction and mentioned just another near by person's name.And after some years a person 'Z' came and said that 'X' is not having any land at the north side and slowly started to raise the dispute.
Now what to do?Does the direction will state the ownership or not....Plz kindly advice on this.
