Please help me with some information.
4 years back I made an agreement where I took took 10 lakh rs against a land of my own from my uncle. He just paid 5 lakhs till nw.
It was probably not a sale agreemet.
But now I had made a sale agreement with another party and asked my uncle to take back the money and return the papers. But he is not willing to do so.
What are the consequences if he moves to court and what options do I have?
Please do let me know asap.

What papers you have to collect from your Uncle?
Show whatever you have on record to an able lawyer dealing in property/revenue matters and your counsel may opine that if the agreement to sell was made 4 years back then it might be time barred now.
The lawyer that has examined all docs shown by you can opine the best.
