Rti

Wife had submitted a self signed hand written complaint at local police station against Husband. The complaint had been accepted by police and a general diary entry had been noted.

can  RTI be filed to get copy of the

1. self signed hand written complaint
2. the diary entry

can it be blocked by RTI act 2005 section 8 (1)(h) ?

no use of breaking ur own head for something that u can not change.

u can very well get a certified copy of the said complaint lateron when the CS is filed in court.

evenif u get the complaint copy right now, how will it help u ? what difference is it going to make ? NOTHING

since the wife has filed the complaint, future legal actions are bound to happen - mediation - arrest - bail - inquiry - CS - exemption application - discharge application - framing of charges - trial ...

u just take care of NOT letting the wife-lawyer-police triad succeed to extort ur hard earned money.

many a times, fear kills more than facts.
