I have rented out my apartment for 11 months by executing a registered Leave & License Agreement. This agreement is bound by Maharashtra Rent Control Act. My tenant now wants to apply for Aadhar Card using this Leave & License Agreement. What would be my liabilities in case if my Tenant does anything unlawful using this Aadhar Card? How should I get this Aadhar Card cancelled once our agreement period is over ?
