Right over inherited property

Dear Lawyers,

my grand father had inherited agricultural land from my great grand father.Now my grand father intendeds to sell the same.Before that my grand father had taken a consent from my father that he(grand fa) has absolutely right to sell /gift the property to any body.

Now whether I/ my father has right to claim property or not?
If yes/no then as per which Act?
Please mention the same....

Your father may show the docs that he has signed to a local lawyer dealing in such/revenue matters. The lawyer after examining the docs can advise you on the remedy. 

 

If it is POA he may cancel it.
