Retirement benefits in case of 2 wives after husband death- andhra pradesh government

Husband is a Andrapradesh state govt employee and he died during service period and has 2 wives. As per government service register(SR), first wife and her 4 children(3 daughters,1 son(21 yrs of age)) are the nominees. Now as per second wife SR , husband is the nominee and she has 1 daughter below 25years of age. My question is now that the husband died , who will get benefits like PF,pension, job etc., Will second wife/her children will have any share in the benefits though first wife did not agree?? In this case second wife has filed a case in court stating she need share in benifits As per law is she eligible or will she be taken into consideration for any kind of benifits Husband expired on :: May 25th 2008 Court Case filed in hyderabad high court on december 2012
