If a developers share is mortgaged with bank can REra project be approved
If it's mentioned in Affidavit by promoter and owner

The builder/developer has to comply with the procedures and requirements as per rules stipulated by RERA, only then the developer can get his project registered with the RERA. and if this is not an obstacle then there is no question about its infirmity.
