My friend is recently married. No Consummation. He has immovable propertie in his name and no job. Wife is not ready to go to marital home till he gets a job.
Planning to go for annulement of his marriage due to non consummation and I would like to know How does it effects with regards to alimony?
Does alimony needs to be given still he is not having job, and his wife is well qualified to work in MNCs and also marriage is non consumated with marriage ended in 2 weeks?
Does immovable property in his name also considered for alimony and maintance calculation?
How long it takes to get nullity of marriage?
