Rental Agreement

Sir. Rental Agreement can not be made beyond 11 months. does it mean that for every 11 months, we have to make the new Rental Agreement? or any other solution sir. But I do not want to go for lease deed.

Usually rental agreements are made for 11 months although there is no rule that you cannot go beyond 11 months but if you do that it'll cost you more like stamp duty charges etc along with that you'd have to go for a must registration process. That's why most people prefer 11 month period rather than 12 months or more.

The proper name is "Leave & License" Agreement.  The laws governing this agreement differ from state to state.
