Removal of co-borrower name

I have a property with the co-borrower name as my wife.The property is still under construction phase.100 % Payment has been made by me through my account and rest by the Home loan EMI all payments made by me.Rest EMI is onway.Deed has not been made.If wife donot come during registration and can not gven any consent.Then will the property be registered in my name.

Can I sale the property without my co-borrower approval.

How to dispose the property.Is there any way to do it and deposit the money in asset account or buy property in my name alone.

How to proceed.

If the propety would be reistred in your name as absolute owner then you can sell the property without consent of your wife.

But in this case will it be registered as enumerated above.

All transactions related to immovable property will have to be compulsarily registered.
