Transfer of immovable property in favour of four sons. Property is selfaccquired . A 'WILL' is registered in favour of four sons. After six months the testator and sons wants to dispose the same for urgent needs. Whether all persons can execute saledeed or not.

A will can become operative only after the death of testator. He alone can sell the property till he is alive. Four sons cannot sell it.

will is inforce after the death of the testator.now the testator is the owner of the property .he can sale or changed the will.
