My father made a will for his self accquired property in his 3 sons name. After this death, we divided the property and registered in our names according to his registered will. His will clearly states that none of his daughters are eligible for any share in his property.
Now his 3 daugthers have put a case against us saying that the will is forged one. We have got a court notice to appear.
Please advice on how to go head in this case.
