I am living in co-operative Housing SERVICE society Ltd holding 340 residential flats at Ahmedabad. Which is registered as a service society at registrar office. I have purchased this flat from owner of the flat. I want to know from exterts that, is such kind of service society can charges the trasfer fees from me (as per co-operative housing society bye-laws)against membership trasfer in society membership register as well as share certificate hold?
