My wife and I filed for divorce under mutual consent. According to the terms of agreement I have paid half the sum of agreed permanent maintenance at the time of filing .
Two weeks before the date of second motion she has refused to sign the second motion. I understand that this makes the divorce petition null and void .
Can I now ask for a refund of my money paid since there is a breach of contract ?

You can ask for the money back and also file a case of mental harassment.
But now according to a new law if you want divorce, you can get it after 3 years even if your wife doesn't wants it
