RECOVERY OF PAYMENTS MADE TO BUILDER PROBABLY GONE BANKRUPT

My deceased wife had made investment with a builder in PALWAL HARYANA. Now as gathered the Builder has gone bankrupt what course of action is advisable to either get the property registered in the name of surviving members/ heirs or recovery of sums paid as the Builder defaulted in handing over the possession of property as per builder buyers agreement.

File a title suit for the agreed possession of property. Annexed agreement copy thereto.
