Recall of the quashing order after compromise

Hi respected experts,

What are the chances of the recall of a quashing order by HC which was quashed after the compromise. Now the party who filed the case 498a 307 354b now claiming the condition of the compromise were not met and also claiming that we were not heard. Order came after the filing of affidavits. Now what will HC see here and if the court recalls the order how will this affidavit affect the trial given that they wrote fir was filed because of some ghrina or say hate. Please advice on both points
