mr x has a agriculure land survey no 305,306 but he applied for demarcation of 306 .after demarcation he applied to tehsildar under sec 250 MPLRC for dispossession of Y from survey no 306.y applied appeal and sdo rejected demarcation . ignoring sdo order tehsildar passed order in sec 250 that demarcation was 306 but Y IS OCCUPIED IN 305 .HENCE DISPOSSESSION APPLICATION IS CLOSED.while Xnever prayed 305 demarcation.
DURING THIS PERIOD Y HAD APPLIED FOR STAY IN CIVIL COURT AGAINST X AS WELL AS TEHSILDAR .
MY QUERY IS NO DEMARCATION OF 305 YET TEHSILAR APPROVED INCROACHMENT IGNORED SDO ORDER ULTRA VIRES ,EVEN DURING CIVIL COURT HE PASSED SEC 250 ORDER IN DOUBLE LAUNGAGE .PL SUGGEST ANY RECOURSE .THANKS
