How the ex-parte maintenance can be awarded to wife if wife doesn't know husband's income.....
It seems my friend didn't receive summons where he got the news that wife filed maint Cr P C 125..... he is trying to find out the details.... Wife is earning and also paying the tax, is there any way he can get the details from income tax dept about his wife's earning....... your valuable comments on both questions will help.......

Courts allowing maintenance to wife to the standered of living she enjoyed when she was residing iwith her husband n the matrimonial home. Even earning wife is entitled to maintenance if her incone is low to the income of her husband.She is to enjoy the standard of life she had enjoyed inher matrimonial home . You contract your lawyer and tell him all he will help you in locating the details of granting of exparte maintenance.
