CITATION REQUIRED

Dear All,

I am looking for the case law to the effect that out of the three heads i.e. Domestic Voilence Act, Section 24 Application and Section 125 Cr.P.C. application -  The Courts have to come to the conclusion that it is the cumulative total of all these heads which should not cross one third of the total income of the husband.
