Change date of birth pan card

Visit the NSDL PAN website or the UTIITSL website. Select the 'Change/Correction in PAN card details'. Enter the 'PAN Card' number, fill in the other details, and click the 'Submit' button. Enter the required details on the form.

   We visit the nsdl and utisil portal in that site date of birth proof is listed but the documents which they listed proof not there kindly request us how to get the documents affidavit sworn before a magistrate

You have not given the documents that are not available with you hence without knowing the nature of the document nor the document itself, no suggestion can be given for attestation of the unknown  document by a magistrate, hence you may revert with actual details instead of making us to guess or predict what you have or not.

The magistrate will not attest any such document, you may better consult a local consultant who will be doing the services of making PAN card and other government documents

To my understanding of your query, you can apply for a change of date of birth with a copy of your Aadhar Card if it is correct.
