in case of partition suit pending final decree to be issued, does the plaintiff/decree holder in this case, need to take any action/file petition for the court to forward the share holder share to register office and get it register under the competent authority or will t be part of the execution petition.
also, in case ,if it comes up with the result of selling the partition and share the sale proceeding, due to unable to partition mode by metes and bounds, then who will do the action of selling the property.?. is it still the plaintiff that needs to initiate or will court fix the auction proceedings and dispose the property .pls advise
