Dear Sir,
My father has been allotted a BDA site and it has been registered with BDA. They have registered our property with Lease cum sale agreement of 15 years of Tenure period. Now we have applied for construction loan for construction, but bankers are asking original LCS , when we ask in BDA they said that original agreement with BDA for fifteen years , you will be given only xerox of that copy. Please clarify me, tell me in which BDA act it is written that original will be retained with BDA till the completion of Lease period.
