Hi, I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, now I wanted to make a rental agreement with my land lord, but the issue is the person on whose name the property has been registered deceased a month back and now I have rented the property from his son and the electricity connection is also in the name of the actual property owner. Can I make a rent agreement with his son or his wife which are the heirs of that property, Kindly advice as I need the rent agreement immediately for the address proof to be submitted in my company where I work.
