What are the charges for Power of Attorny & NOC for flat. Our flat is in the name of my mother in law. and we need NOC from sister in law. We are from Mumbai. please if anybody know the proper charges let me know.

Since your mother in law is alive, the property belongs to her. Relinquish deed is required from your sister in law to submit for NOC.
