I request all of you to help me solve this query.
My relative had purchased a farm land of area 1.06 acres for the purpose of agriculture not knowing the fact that A PERSON WHOSE NON-AGRICULTURAL INCOME IS MORE THAN 2 LACS CANNOT BUY THE FARMLAND. His annual income is rs.5 lakhs. Now as per karnataka government' s regulations they have the right to confiscate the land. The relative has already received a court order to be present. Kindly suggest some remedy so he can be out of this.
