Property registry

Mr A is having Sale Agreement and Power of attorney both in his name. Please confirm me Mr A Can make registry in his name or not. Also Suggest me Tax implication in the hands of Mr A.

He can sell the property to any person and including him on behalf of the Principal.  The tax on the sale amount shall be paid by the Principal.
