I am the owner of a flat in Karunamoyee Housing Estate,Saltlake City,Kolkata.I planned to sell my flat and got a buyer for the same in my locality itself.For registration of the sale,my buyer went to Bikash Bhawan which happens to be the local court for searching purpose as he has applied for a bank loan.But we came to know that there is some issue in the Property Registration department of Bikash Bhawan for which the bank searching process is getting delayed and eventually the deal is getting postponed.I would like to know whether we can apply for the same at Barasat Court?
