Message : We have two ancestral property/houses.One builder offer Rs.1.55 crs with ajoint venture deal if one person given power of attorney of a family member and pay thru UDS. Will it be safe to go for this? will we get (5 sisters and 4 brothers) get equal share.?If the POA holder have personal debts(say 15 lakhs) will it be safe and trust to sign a POA of such family member? Builder promised him one flat(house)How partition deed can be written in such a scenario. kindly help and what best other remedy to avoid any legal mess. |
