purchased property in 2008 domestic electicity connection was in the name of owners wife and owner was residing in the house at the time of purchase in march 2009 connection got transferred in the name of purchaser in may 2011 an amin came from District Magistrates office showing a notice in the name of previous owner then purchaser came to know that there was a plastic factory in the name of the owner and of which there was electric due in lakhs. till date nothing is received in written by the purchaser,what to do by the purchaser (now owner)
