Sir My Father died without executing any will and he has left behind a bank account nominee my brother and shares my brother and house in the name of my mother I have not been nominated or no property is in my name v are 3 brothers and a sister all married nd all property is self acquired properties of my father nothing is ancestral being elder son do I have any rights over the movable and immovable properties
