Property dispute: anomalies in will

I request the learned lawyer community to kindly advise me in a property dispute. My grandfather wrote a will which has surfaced recently 12 years after his death. This 'will' describes the property structure as it was in 1960s. Since then until my grandfather's death 12 years ago, he himself supervised over a lot of major structural changes to the property.

Most of the big changes in the property since then haven't been mentioned at all (e.g. a room which was used as a store until the 1960s was converted into kitchen), can this will thus be declared invalid on this ground?

Your advise is much appreciated!

Thanks!

What do you want to clarify?, To whom the property has been bequeathed in the Will?, who is the beneficiary out of the will?  whether the Will has been probated? whether the Will has been acted upon?, did you consult a lawyer based on the contents of Will?, Clarify the said questions if you want a proper opinion.
