I have agreement sale and Sale deed Both. But meanwhile before my Sale Deed another party also made an agreement to sale with the first party. His agreement to sale is after my agreement to sale. But he took xparty decree for which I was not aware. Kindly suggest any Supreme Court or Hight Court decision which help me in this regard as my agreement to sale before the second party.
