sir,
me and my brother are running a business from one shop which is on the ground floor of the building which is 4 storeys building,we are running this business from the last 18 years together, now my brother want me to leave the premises by taking some amount . in that business i m the sole proprietor, and i m the signing authority in the bank .moreover i ahve some receipt also for mcd challan and in the papers of mcd also which are meant for the property to be notified as commercial yew years back.
now my concern is what can i do if i do not want to leave the premises.
moreover my fatherleave the will for us regarding the building, as per the will ground floor is for the brother who is associated in the shop , first floor is for elder one , and second floor is for second one, and i have 3rd floor , can i also challenged the will, as there is no witness in the will.
