property dispute....

Two adjacent land & buildings in two different deeds both are favouring six deceased brothers separately, in which their next generations are living now.Now the widow, sons & daughter of fifth deceased brother declared that they sold the portion in which they have been living for last nearly 50 years without consent, signature, or no-objection of the rest living members ( members of next generations of rest deceased brothers ) to a third party. Is it legally possible ?

It is not correct.the sale of part property is illegal. consult a lawyer and take remedy

The purchaser is a lawyer itself. So we can't understand, being a lawyer how he became the party ( purchaser) of such a illegal deal.

You take fresh EC From registrar office. The sale is valid only if it is registered.you take ec for 30 years or more to find any transactions.then with papers contact a local lawyer.to clarify.law is same for you and lawyer.if there is wrong transactions take a stay order.
