Property bought by husband on wife's name

Dear all

I have been married for 15 years with one kid. I ventured outside marriage and now my wife is contemplating divorce proceeding.

We had bought a house, which was on her name but all funds were paired by me.

We are US green card holder and presently, she left for US with kid, without any intimation to me.

Now, she is threatening me to evacuate the house immediately, beside paying her maintenance.. I do not have any place to live. Almost, 95% payment of house was from my accounts.

I cannot afford house at this moment. She has not started any legal proceeding and she threatens that if I don't evict, she shall initiate all possible legal proceedings for eviction.

what options I can excise as I do not have enough funds and intend to continue in the house. She has decided to stay in US.

first of all you shouldn't have bought flat only her name, it should have been in a joint ownership. Never mind, if she has sent you an email, letter or verbally asking to vacate the flat, then you need to reply to the same through an advocate without wasting any time, as the same would be useful for you to take a defense if she moves to court against you.
