property agricultural land

I have all records with my 1988 sale deed. another person is claiming. he has no any record in revenue ans registration office. Now what type of step may take. finally this land is on name of strike off company.

you approach a senior advocate to file a suit against them. The suit may be on declaration of title or may be on permanent injunction. it depends upon circumstances of the case.
