I did an agreement on Rs 100 stamp paper and notarised it total cost of property is 8Lac I don't have any witness but other party also don't have any photocopy of the agreement document. i have took his sign in the back of the stamp paper and write nothing so far. his sign is 1 month old from now. Should i file the case.
what should i do in this condition.
