i have a house in gurgaon haryana which on mine and my two elder sister's name .
myself and my elder sister want to sell the house but my eldest sister does'nt want to.
how can iforce my eldest sister to sell the house?

It is joint property> Joint holders can sell their share but it is a house so right of pre emption arises to your elder sister. If she is not ready to sell her share then you and your sister offer her to purchase your share at the market price or convince her the benefit of selling the house.
