promissory note to take loan from family members?

Dear LCI members,

I am going in for further studies, for that I would like to take loan from my sister. I would not like to go for educational loan because it takes time and some guaranter is required, as my sister agreed to give me required money, i would like to write a promissory note between me and my sister. I need help in this regard from the LCI members.

(1) Also, please tell me, whether is it admissible in the court of law for maintenance?

(2) Please give me a sample format, and what contents need to be there?

(3) also, is it required for my sister to  come to court to substantiate the loan?

(4) Please share your experiences, in this regard .

Her monthly salary is below Rs. 15000, so yearly salary would be below Rs. 1, 80, 000. I am taking a loan of below Rs. 50,000. Is there any issues with this transaction?
