probate of will

I have few question regarding. 1.is it mendatory to provide details of property when applying for probate where property detail(khata, khesra, plot no etc..) not mentioned in will because property is several locations or we can submit the inventory after getting letter of probate as mentioned in 317 of indiqn succesion act 125. 2.is it mandatory to submit original will when applying for probate or i can submit when court asks me to submit original will.

{1} Yes it is mandatory to mention details of properties in probate petition.

{2} It is also mandatory to file original will along with probate petition and the original will  be never returned to you and the same will be  kept in court's record forever.
