Minor repairs and maintence work (drainage repaire, rain water pipe leakage repars, some painting work in the premises, repairs of the children play area , water pipe valves changede etc) of the society builidng and premises (each expenses less than 4000/- and carried saperately and not at the same time ) carried out by the Secretary without prior permission of the whole Managing comitee the in the monthly meeting ecxept timamated to the Chairman & Treasurer and 2 comittee members orally and approved mutually , Futher the approval for the same expenses has been taken in the next month's comittee meeting .
Is it as right as per by-laws of MCS act ?
