Dear Experts,
Our apartment, Ashoka Windows has 111 dwellers and the association is registered under Karnataka society registration act. I'll require your help in answering following questions regarding power of the President of Society.
1. Can president appoint any owner of Ashoka Windows without have to be run by the Committee for a majority vote?
2. What is the procedure for a President to resign? Does he fall under the same rule and tender
a resignation to the Secretary? Or does a General Body Meeting have to be called?
3. Can President veto any policy/decision, even though a majority of the Committee has passed it? Can the Veto power of president be overruled by the General Body?
