Kindly suggest me as i m in trouble.
Actualy I did marriage in Arya Smaj in year 2006(Intercast). And wer living in our parental house. After around 1 year i asked to my husband that please tell me when I can live with you. He said as my parents are not agree for this let them prepare for this. We were from different cast his family was against our marriage. In 2008 I said him that my family is pressurizing me for marriage and they are finding suitable match for me kindly look into this. He threaten me if you will do according to your family’s wish then I ‘ll ruin your image infront of society and at your work place.
After lot of family drama, then in 2010 he told me that my family is ready for this marriage but they have some demands. If their demand will be fulfill then only this marriage will be happened then we can live together.
I did arrangements beyond my approaches. And marriage happened in 2011. But After 10 days of our marriage my inlaws were asking for more money. I said I have already spent huge money on my marriage so I cant do as you are saying.. then they continuously asking for the same thing. After 2 months of our marriage my inlaws and husband beaten me bruetly for cash and other expensive items. I got injured badly but they took me to hospital for treatement & forced me to avoid legal action on this. I thought they are apologizing for this hope it will not happen again.
But I was wrong they beaten me again and it was happening twice or thrice in a week. Then I came back at my parental house n putted application at mediation center for action. After 8 hearings there is no conclusion. And he submitted Arya Samaj’s Marriage Certificate on 8th hearing.
Kindly suggest what I have to do… what is purpose to put that certificate in mediation center.
