I got married in January 2012.My wife created disturbances from day one and asked every time to live separately.Being the only son of ailing parents i couldnot accept her versions.She always abused me my parents,mentally and emotionally tortured us.She often went to her fathers house.Her family members too always went on blackmailing us within our relatives friends circle,by saying false and heneious things about us.Finally one day my wife went in the month of june 2012 with her father.
My self,my parents ,relatives tried our best to bring her back but all was in vain.Finally I filed a restitution for conjugal rights in september.
Date of appearance is in April 2013.Prior to that in March 2013 she with her family and some miscreants broke into our family,beat my parents,my sister who was in complete bed rest due to sickness.My wife injured herself and filed false case U/s 498a,along with other sections.
We absconded by locking our house and applied for A.Bail.
Mean while she along with miscreants has trespassed our house by breaking all locks and residing with her family.She has even let our ground floor on rent.She has taken away all cash ,jewellery and other items from our house.
When we went to our house after getting bail with police she with local miscreants is threatening us to get into our house.
Police is also not taking any action.
Pls suggest what to do in this situation.Living again with her is not at all possible.
Pls advise how to get early divorce and how long will it take in case she agrees for it/disagrees for the same.
Shall she have any share in property in name of mother?
How can she be driven out of our house ?
Valuable suggestions needed.
