I am tenant living in Hyderabad my owner stays in chennai . He owes me 8000 as on October 2nd which is when I vacated the house. Now owner is trying to ignore me n not refund my amount . Can I legally ask him to pay . I ve all the proofs of payments till date.
The building in which I have an office space was leased to X. The lease has expired with efflux of time. The building has a new lessee. I have a rent agreement with original lessee and have been paying rent for last 20 years. Do I have any rights under West Bengal tenancy act. My rent is Rs 1500.00/per month.
Mr phani you send him s notice asking him to return the money.if not you can file a recovery suit.but remember its better not to proceed legally as the expenses involved are abundantly excessive when compared to the money you want to recover
