The Department may have raised obections on your petition.e.g. you may not have affixed proper court fees, there may be error is the title of the petition, vaklanatma may not have been signed, legal pleadings may not have been made etc.  these objections may have been endorsed on the petition. First you must check what is the objection and take steps remove those objections. if you fail to do so you petition may be rejected for non removal of office objection.
