My neighbour is feeding food for cats and rats behind his house and my car is parked parallel to that. The rats eat the food and enter my car and bites the wire. The cats eat and creates a mess in and around my house. Even after telling them, they feed the same way saying it is in their house. He parks the car blocking the way to my sump. Recently they through food on my car windshield.
He and his father is wantedly doing this to pick up a quarrel. What should I do to permanently stop them from doing this? Can I file a police station complaint or does a nuisance case has a chance? Will filing a permanent injection helps.
