No status quo;creating an havoc

Currently a suite is pending against a ancestral property which my dad got as a share of some petition in 1996. The suite doesnt have any status quo or stay ;but the petitioners are on a rampage of scribbling o.s no all over the property. what legal action should i take for this? Please suggest.
